You’ll work with your Account team to facilitate discussions, provide strategic recommendations, and execute a high volume of results-driven creative work— digital and print. You’ll keep tabs on our growing business objectives and help make sure we’re exceeding every expectation.
Manage client’s projects from kick-off to post mortem; seek, share and deliver information effectively to all involved departments (print and digital creative, media and print digital production).
Facilitate briefing meetings, prepare presentation materials for project launches, create and traffic project tasks, track progress, maintain schedules and budgets, set up creative reviews, secure approvals, QC work, and communicate changes of plan.

Senior Account Executive
Understand how the client's business is supported and knowledge of industry competitors. Thorough understanding of client needs, creative timelines, and the ability to move the process along with positivity and enthusiasm. Supports the agency POV in client communications, builds strong relationships with clients/partners and brings innovative thinking to the business.
Will collaborate internally with strategy and creative teams, from client briefing through creative execution. Supports the creative process through effective communication/direction - you will be participating in inter-agency teams, sometimes as the lead.
Master of project execution - can manage multiple projects and clients at once while maintaining budget, project details, new developments, etc. Candidates that are a perfect fit for this team will possess stellar organizational skills, approach projects and assignments proactively, and will be a written/verbal communication rockstar. This individual must be comfortable leading clients and internal teams seamlessly from creative briefing through execution.
Ability to manage high volume of direct response and digital projects in a fully competent, autonomous manner from initiation through completion. Responsible for delivering assigned projects accurately, on time, and on budget.
Requires managing client projects from kick-off to post mortem, working with all departments to clarify program direction and detail and working with extended account team to deliver requirements in the most efficient and effective manner. Requires close working relationship with all areas in the agency including creative, media, IT and production.
Assistant Account Executive
Assists with coordinating and managing all day to day agency efforts on behalf of the client. Position supports the account team and works closely with other agency departments to execute individual projects, ensuring that agency output adheres to client objectives, meets client deadlines, and achieves agency quality standards.
This junior-level position’s objective is to develop and train the employee in learning the account management function, the business of advertising, and agency operations overall.
Ability to optimize the campaign performance of our clients marketing investments, ensuring timely reporting and insight generation whilst also providing support to the account team on upcoming strategy. Manage multiple deliverables on a weekly/monthly basis across several major clients.
Be a leader and provide creative solutions to comprehensively analyze campaigns and business performance. Consistently deliver business intelligence to guide targeting, media and creative strategy. Visual analytics with extensive experience in Tableau / Spotfire. Source new and utilize existing campaign / customer data to drive insights. Proactively provide guidance, creative thinking, and direction to junior members of the team.
Print Production Manager
Key individual responsible for managing and leading to effectively execute the print production of each job from production design, estimating, printing and mailing. Responsible for maintaining strong vendor relationships and production administration of direct mail campaigns.
Coordinate and manage daily production activities of multiple print mail projects from planning and scheduling through mailing and closing activities. Works closely with members outside the production department, such as Account Services, Creative, Quality Assurance, and Data.
Write accurate and clearly communicate production specifics and information. Understand timing impacts of changes, providing regular updates and proactive actions are taken to avoid delays. Experienced in In-line and conventional direct mail print production.
Strong knowledge of USPS mailing requirements, logistics planning and skills in Excel and Acrobat are a must.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a reliable sense of organization and the ability to multitask. You’ll work primarily with the Account, Creative and Production teams, acting as a trustworthy quality assurance resource responsible for proofreading materials at every stage of production, including preliminary copy draft, design/layout and final printer proof stages, for collateral and on-screen documents.
In addition to reading for typographical errors and text variance from the client-approved copy, you’ll need to ensure the documents reflect Standard English grammar and adhere to individual client style and branding guidelines, as well as analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action for the organization at any given time based on established guidelines.
Familiarity with The Chicago Manual of Style and The Associated Press Stylebook is necessary.
You’ll work with the Account, Creative and Development teams, acting as a reliable quality assurance (QA) resource responsible for reviewing digital projects, such as emails, landing pages, and websites at the development stage of production.
Responsibilities include outlining test plans against defined requirements, validating functionality, design, and content against requirements. This includes, but is not limited to testing rendering across device, OS, browser/email client, leveraging tools like Email on Acid and Litmus, reviewing alt and title tags in HTML, confirming links are active and direct to the correct location and confirming dynamic content business rules are correct. Proofreading experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of testing web and/or mobile content, has strong attention to detail and organization, and should have a thorough understanding of standard QA strategies and techniques, as well as knowledge of performance testing tools and best practices.
Focused on direct mail campaigns and highly skilled in Adobe CS. Will leverage your knowledge in art production/ print process to support decision-making while maintaining original design integrity and intent.
Position proactively identifies potential print challenges and escalate accordingly for resolution/direction ensuring for accuracy and error-free ever-changing deadlines.
Attention to detail and work is critical. Bonus: Familiarity with creative updates on digital work (banners, emails, landing pages) Minor HTML coding a plus.
Responsible for coding clean, responsive HTML emails, building template-based emails, as well as coding for dynamic content and automation. Added bonus, campaign configuration and deployment via ESPs, experience with ESP dynamic syntax like Responsys RPL, Salesforce AMPscript, etc.
Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a mind for troubleshooting, and has experience working in a fast-paced environment.
The Digital Producer responsible for managing the successful execution of a wide variety of digital initiatives which includes: website and landing page development and maintenance projects, emails, mobile applications, Facebook pages, and widgets. S/he is responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects working with design, editorial, dev, and QA teams to deliver on-time, and on budget, while meeting client expectations and ensuring that project standards are enforced.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a master at wrangling multiple project resources. This candidate is well-versed in the latest productivity and marketing technologies (such as Workfront, Smartsheets, Lucidcharts, Asana, ESPs) and has the ability to assist creative and technical resources with ideas, scoping and solutions. Additionally, this candidate will be able to manage both in-house and vendor-assigned projects.
