Account Director- Mail

An agency account star who has worked with a high volume of results-driven direct marketing programs, who is looking for the next right move and is ready to work at one of the best and brightest integrated marketing agencies on our largest account.

Someone who is comfortable operating at a fast pace, is detail oriented, driven by results and has a high standard for quality. Has a passion for agency life, with incredible experiences and always with a can do approach. Has the ability and passion to strategically develop ideas and solutions. Strong leader and effective coach of multiple account teams from Management Supervisor to Assistant Account Executives.

A person who can get it all done, while keeping your sense of humor at the same time having clients rave about your abilities and cringe at the thought of losing you.

You have a vast knowledge of demand generation, lead generation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, content creation, search, inbound marketing, direct mail, shared mail and email.

Needs to have hands on experience in developing highly effective strategic communication programs as well as day-to-day implementation supervision. Able to create solution recommendations and present solutions to senior level clients. Have experience working with clients on a wide variety of umbrella strategic/general business planning and related budgeting.

Has experience with all Direct Mail programs and process including multi-variant testing, print and digital campaigns and lead conversion optimization and targeting. Additional desired expertise includes program and campaign results analysis, competitive analysis and developing client presentations with insights and recommendations.

You must have deep and broad experience managing the highest level client relationships, ,working collaboratively and effectively with cross-agency partners. All while fostering relationships with the other agency Account Directors, account team members and multi-disciplinary teams.

Account Supervisor - Medicare

This is an Account Management position located in Woodland Hills, 100% client facing. You must possess a strong sense of ownership over everything you do. Senior Account Executive

Understand how the client's business is supported and knowledge of industry competitors. Thorough understanding of client needs, creative timelines, and the ability to move the process along with positivity and enthusiasm. Supports the agency POV in client communications, builds strong relationships with clients/partners and brings innovative thinking to the business.

Manager

Ability to optimize the campaign performance of our clients marketing investments, ensuring timely reporting and insight generation whilst also providing support to the account team on upcoming strategy. Manage multiple deliverables on a weekly/monthly basis across several major clients.

Be a leader and provide creative solutions to comprehensively analyze campaigns and business performance. Consistently deliver business intelligence to guide targeting, media and creative strategy. Visual analytics with extensive experience in Tableau / Spotfire. Source new and utilize existing campaign / customer data to drive insights. Email Developer

Responsible for coding clean, responsive HTML emails, building template-based emails, as well as coding for dynamic content and automation. Added bonus, campaign configuration and deployment via ESPs, experience with ESP dynamic syntax like Responsys RPL, Salesforce AMPscript, etc.

The Digital Producer responsible for managing the successful execution of a wide variety of digital initiatives which includes: website and landing page development and maintenance projects, emails, mobile applications, Facebook pages, and widgets. S/he is responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects working with design, editorial, dev, and QA teams to deliver on-time, and on budget, while meeting client expectations and ensuring that project standards are enforced.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a master at wrangling multiple project resources. This candidate is well-versed in the latest productivity and marketing technologies (such as Workfront, Smartsheets, Lucidcharts, Asana, ESPs) and has the ability to assist creative and technical resources with ideas, scoping and solutions. Additionally, this candidate will be able to manage both in-house and vendor-assigned projects.
