To support their aggressive growth plans from their current footprint in seven state markets to deregulated states nationally, Inspire Energy turned to KERN to launch a multichannel acquisition direct response and customer life-cycle management program to increase customer engagement and subscriptions by 10x within one year. We met that goal by first focusing on Inspire Energy’s field marketing team to refresh sales support materials quarterly, then on new customer acquisition through digital and video content and, finally, customer retention through direct mail and email.
