Union Bank wanted to express its allyship with the LGBTQ community during Pride month. With many competitors doing the same, Union Bank challenged KERN with developing a creative campaign that went beyond changing its logo. KERN created personalized messaging to express and reaffirm the company’s commitment to LGBTQ people. These fostered inclusivity and diversity by exploring what it means to be an ally through targeted digital ads, branch merchandising and event sponsorship collateral that supported the local neighborhoods Union Bank serves.
